Raphael Harrison

Raphael, known to us as “Raph”, joined our team in 2022, and serves as our Maintenance Administrator. He is responsible for conducting thorough inspections on all House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) properties and our single lets, ensuring that they consistently meet compliance standards. In the event of any maintenance issues identified during inspections, Raph takes charge of resolving them or coordinates with specialised professionals to address the concerns. Additionally, he serves as the primary point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance-related issues, promptly addressing their concerns and ensuring a swift resolution. On top of this comes a lot of record keeping so that our tenants and landlords are always in the loop. 

Prior to joining E&M Property Solutions, Raph's professional journey included service in the military, reflecting his unwavering professionalism and dedication to accomplishing tasks efficiently and effectively. This background has endowed him with a disciplined approach and a strong work ethic, which he brings to his role as Maintenance Administrator.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Raph is passionate about maintaining his fitness and well-being.
