Hey there readers! This is such an exciting time for E&M Property Solutions as we expand into a bigger and better office space.

Yes, you heard it right! We are thrilled to announce that our estate agency will be on the move in the not too distant future, to a fabulous new office located on Manchester Road, Burnley. The renovations are happening now, as you may have seen on our socials, we want to share the transformation process with you.

Why the big move, you ask? Well, E&M property solutions has been expanding at such a rapid rate that we’ve outgrown our current office on Coal Clough Lane. Our incredible team has doubled in size, and we need a larger space to match our ambitions and keep up with our flourishing reputation in Burnley and beyond.

Let's talk about location – we’re going central! Our new office is situated closer to the town centre, offering easy access by foot and car. This means our clients, landlords, tenants, home owners and potential buyers can pop by with ease and feel even more at home when they walk through our doors.

So, what does this move and expansion mean for us? In a word: everything! We are really proud of the recent recognition we’ve received, including winning the gold award for lettings in Burnley from the British Property Awards. A bigger space offers even more oppurtunities,  it allows us to serve the community even better. There will be more space to meet and greet, to brainstorm new ideas, and to provide top-notch service, we’re ready to take things to the next level. The space offers more possibilities for us to host informative events, workshops, and networking gatherings for landlords and tenants and members of the community.
